     On Feb. 15th, 2000, the Justice Policy Project estimated the total U.S. inmate of prisons &
jails to have reached the 2 million mark. On that date and thanks to The November Coalition,
Candlelight Vigils were begun throughout the country. St. Louis and Boulder continues to mark the insanity.

 Make drugs a controlled substance like alcohol. Legalize it, control it, regulate it,
tax it. If you legalize it, we might actually have a healthier society.

Again we'll join 200 city's worldwide. Gathering on The Hill at 13th and
College, we'll launch at 4:20 cruising down Broadway jogging up
Walnut to enter The Pearl Street Mall at the West End, ending
with a word or two of thanks for Life's Greatest Gift to Mankind
at Stoner Park.

For over 35 years New York ( where 10% of annual MJ arrests occur) has shown the

and listened to impassioned speeches from Jeff Christen-Mitchell and others. "There's nothing more important in America than to fight for your rights. Free the weed,"said Christen-Mitchell, who heads the Boulder chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).
